Diallo began his professional journey with DHL, one of the world’s largest logistics firms. Over the years, he advanced through the ranks to become CEO of DHL Global Forwarding Middle East & Africa, managing strategic trade corridors and complex logistics networks.

Eddie Umar – Radio Broadcasting & Media
Eddie Mbwana Umar, originally from Kenya, is the first African radio personality in the UAE. As a media personality, radio presenter, and content creator making waves in the UAE, Eddie is known for his infectious energy and passion for storytelling which has carved out a space in Dubai’s vibrant media scene as one of the few African voices on mainstream platforms. Using his influence to elevate African culture and narratives, Eddie has become a recognizable voice for African youth, creatives, and aspiring African expat broadcasters in the region.

Joe Osawaye – Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle
Originally from Nigeria, Joe Osawaye has emerged as one of the most influential African figures in the UAE’s hospitality and entertainment space. With a background in international hospitality management, Osawaye has combined business savvy with cultural authenticity to redefine pan-African luxury entertainment in Dubai.
Coming from a business-led family, Joe began his career in Nigeria, working in his mother’s bakery and also as a GM of his father’s automobile business, then eventually running his own ventures. Launching an African-owned hospitality brand in a saturated luxury market came with considerable scepticism from clientele unfamiliar with African luxury aesthetics. Joe responded by curating elevated, immersive experiences that quickly gained popularity for their cultural richness and world-class service. Today, his venue is not only profitable but iconic, hosting celebrities, business leaders, and community events that celebrate African excellence.

Joe is now the Founder and Owner of a lifestyle company with three verticals; a pan-African restaurant (KIZA African Restaurant & Lounge), a real-estate firm (KIZA Realtors), and fashion bespoke atelier (KIZA Bespoke) known for its vibrant ambience, exclusive events, and African-inspired cuisine and décor. He also serves as a mentor to aspiring African entrepreneurs in the F&B industry and is passionate about building a global brand that challenges stereotypes and elevates African creativity.

Dr. (Hon) William Stenhouse – Real Estate and Investment
Founder and CEO of UAE Africa Networking Group & Stenhouse Associates, Dr. William Stenhouse has carved out a space for himself in the GCC and Africa’s fiercely competitive real estate, infrastructure development and logistics spheres. Known for his meticulous market analysis and strategic thinking, he is now a go-to advisor for African and international investors seeking opportunities in the Gulf region.
Stenhouse started out in the US and has worked in Africa, GCC, Europe, Far East Asia and is now currently based in the UAE sharing his business expertise within African expat communities and beyond. The strategy expert has also dabbled in financial services industry, focusing on investment strategy.
A relocation to Dubai in the early 2010s opened doors to real estate investment, where he discovered both challenge and promise. Over time, he gained certifications and built a strong portfolio, eventually launching a business and management consultancy that specializes in curated professional services.
